Neighborhood Roundtable Meetings

Roland Park has scheduled a number of roundtable informational meetings at which local area volunteers will present what is known about the proposed Keswick/BCC development and its associated zoning issues, discuss the "greening" of neighborhoods in general, and outline initial concepts for the Roland Park alternative plan for the BCC acreage.

(But remember, there will be no alternative plan if the BCC/Keswick deal succeeds. We need your support to defeat it. If you want to know how to help, e-mail volunteer@rolandpark.org.)

For the maximum convenience of area residents, two sessions per plat have been arranged (sessions for plats 4 and 5 are combined). In each case, the second meeting will discuss the same topics as the first, so you need not come to both meetings: one will suffice.

Though the meetings are targeted at local homeowners or renters, attendance is not restricted to Roland Park residents per se. If you live in North Roland Park, Wyndhurst, Evergreen or any other adjoining neighborhood, you are more than welcome to come along. For Roland Park residents, the division by plat is just for convenience: you are not restricted to the meetings in your plat; you many attend any.

The dialog will be just that, a two-way conversation, not a monolog. We want to hear your views — please do come along and let us know what you think.

For precise information on meeting locations and to book a place, please e-mail roundtable@rolandpark.org. Please scroll down for a list of meeting dates.
