This event is being hosted by several of Baltimore’s northern neighborhood associations, including Roland Park, Poplar Hill, Evergreen, Guilford, Homeland, Keswick, Mt. Washington, North Roland Park, Sabina-Mattfeldt, West Arlington and Wyndhurst.
