Nominating Committee

This committee is convened annually to produce a slate of Officers and Plat Reps to replace those board members whose terms are expiring. Usually the committee is formed in January and starts to work in order to produce a full slate by mid-April. The committee is responsible for insuring that all candidates meet the criteria for board members to be Civic League Members, pay full Roads and Maintenance fees, and have their house under covenant. The committee presents the slate to the League Secretary who then communicates it “via posting to a public forum at least 10 days prior to the annual meeting of the League” in May. Per Bylaws, the Second Vice President chairs this committee.
