Ivan Bates and Thiru Vignarajah, both candidates running for Baltimore City State’s Attorney, will join a forum on Wednesday, June 22nd at the Roland Park Presbyterian Church (4801 Roland Avenue). The event begins at 7pm and will be moderated by University of Baltimore law professor Zina Makar. This forum is open to the public, either in person or via Zoom (link is below).

November 28- January 2 you can sign up to provide a lunch or dinner to the firefighters of our community firehouse. This can be a fun and worthwhile activity to do with your family over the holidays! The October Civic League Meeting is tomorrow! Join us in person in the basement meeting room at the Presbyterian Church, or if you prefer, via Zoom! There is a lot on the agenda to discuss!

Join the Civic League and Greater Roland Park community on the patio at the Ivy Bookshop (5928 Falls Road) to hear Dr. Paige Glotzer talk about her book “How the Suburbs were Segregated” and engage the audience in discussions to better understand the ways in which our past shapes the present with regard to economic and social inequities. Wednesday, October 13th at 7:00PM.
The event with Dr. Glotzer kicks off the Civic League’s new Speaker Series. On November 4th, Chris Shorter, Baltimore’s first City Administrator will speak at the Roland Park Library. This event begins at 6:30PM.
