Village of Cross Keys Renovations Committee
The purpose of the Cross Keys Committee is to represent the interests of Roland Park to the Ashkenazy Acquisition Group who are the owners of Cross Keys Village as they work through a renovation plan. Roland Park holds a covenant on the Cross Keys development. The committee will act as a liaison for Roland Park with the Ashkenazy group, Cross Keys Village Management and the Cross Keys Maintenance Corporation, which represents the residents of Cross Keys. In addition to general design input some of the key concerns that have been raised are pedestrian access, lighting, and signage,which would impact the homes immediately across Falls Road.
