The festivity continues in Roland Park on Halloween evening when the Roland Park Civic League once again teams up with the RP Presbyterian Church as we host a trick or treat station on Upland on Halloween evening from 6 to 8PM.  We will have plenty of candy including dairy, egg, and nut free options along with warm cider to keep the Halloween revelers and their parents sustained!  You might even see your RPCL president in a kilt!
